醃料留下備用。

2.以猛火把豬扒的兩面煎至金黃色,然後再以中火把豬扒煎熟。

待豬扒煎至九成熟時,倒入預留的醃料拌勻再煮滾。

3.把金邊粉放入熱水內煮約3至4分鐘後,伴以豬扒及汁料一同享用。
