另外還需製作十張週邊血液抹片(一般採耳朵血),放入黃色P.B.袋一併送檢。

2.送回實驗室製作骨髓抹片:需抽取骨髓液,放入EDTATube(紫色)送回實驗室,並立即送檢。

抹片最少做6片以上放入紅色骨髓袋中。
